OUT-OF HOURS COMMUNICATION IN RELATION TO A POSITIVE COVID RESULT
In order to facilitate ‘out of school hours’ communication, alerting the school to a positive test result for Covid-19, parents should use the following school mobile number: 07821127309 (held by Mr Armstrong, Senior Manager). This should only be used 4.30 pm-10.00 pm on weekdays and 8.30 am-10.00 pm on weekends. Please note that this number is not for general queries or advice.
Parents will be asked to confirm their child’s class, date of last attendance in school, involvement in sports/music, etc to facilitate the track and trace programme. The school can then communicate with parents (via Parentmail) in relation to pupil/staff attendance. Parents will also be asked to complete an online form (see below), which will assist the school further in identifying close contacts.
PUPIL COVID-19 POSITIVE RESULT RESPONSE
Parents are asked to complete and submit the Form below once they have notified school that they have received confirmation of a positive COVID-19 result for their child, as indicated in the Parentmail sent on 18 September 2020.
