Note about the Application Form:

• The application form is a Microsoft Word document which can be completed electronically when downloaded.

• The font size cannot be altered in the electronic Microsoft Word version of the application form. 

•  If you convert the application form to another program, please use font Arial, font size 11 and the format should not be altered in any way.

• ‘Apple Pages’ versions of the application form should not be emailed.

• It is preferred that completed application forms (the Microsoft Word version) are emailed to agraham813@c2kni.net.  

• Please email Mrs Graham if you have problems with the application form.
